Delivery Time:

  • For Custom Paintings: Once completed, custom artworks are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • For Ready-to-Ship Artworks: If you purchase an artwork directly from my store, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order.


Returns and Refunds:

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you’re not happy with your painting, I offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the artwork.
  • To initiate a return, please contact me within the 14-day window.
  • Returned artwork must be in its original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Once I receive the artwork, a refund will be processed (minus the initial shipping cost for international orders).
