5. Delivery
When the painting is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your location. For U.S. clients, shipping is free; international shipping is calculated based on USPS rates.

Once we finalize the details and you approve the sketch, I’ll bring your vision to life on canvas. I’ll keep you updated on the progress with regular photos or updates.

After our initial discussion and verbal agreement, I will provide a simple commission contract. This outlines the terms of the work, including the scope, payment schedule, deadlines, and any other specifics agreed upon.

For complex commissions, I will prepare a detailed sketch to scale, giving you an opportunity to preview and approve the composition before painting begins. (For simpler requests or single photo references, this step may not be necessary.)

After you submit the contact form, I will review your idea and get in touch with you to discuss the details. Once we finalize the concept, I’ll provide a timeline and pricing. A deposit is required to begin, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the creation process.
The timeline depends on the size, complexity, and medium of the piece. On average, smaller pieces may take 2−3 weeks, while larger, more detailed works can take up to 6−8 weeks.
A deposit is required to start the project, typically 50% of the total cost. The remaining balance is due before the artwork is shipped or delivered. I accept payments via PayPal or Zelle. Payment details will be shared during our correspondence.
Yes, I’ll share progress updates and images of your painting. Minor adjustments can be made during the process to ensure you’re happy with the result.
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are generally not available. However, if a cancellation occurs early in the process, I may be able to refund part of the deposit. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
